原发性骨质疏松症的诊断和治疗

摘要：

骨质疏松症分为原发性骨质疏松症和继发性骨质疏松症。该病的诊断主要根据病史、骨密度检测、生化检测、影像学检测、骨活检等几个方面进行综合评价。双能量X线吸收法已成为临床常规检查。对患者进行骨质疏松症风险评估的目的是确定骨折的风险因素,以及决定是否应该接受治疗。治疗分为药物和非药物治疗,后者又包括饮食营养和体育锻炼,药物治疗又分为基础性药物治疗和针对性药物治疗。
