<正>脑是肺癌最常见的转移部位,约有10%肺癌患者以颅脑及神经系统症状为首发症状就诊,经进一步影像学检查证实为肺癌脑转移。文献资料统计[1-5]显示肺癌患者脑转移总的发生率约为23%65%,其中腺癌及小细胞癌最常见,其次是鳞癌。肺腺癌脑转移率高达47.5%55%,小细胞肺癌确诊时约有20%已发生脑部转移,鳞癌转移率仅为15%21.3%。脑转移
