摘要：

从长循环脂质体的分类、作用机制和新进展等几个方面概述了国内外脂质体的研究现状、研究思路和发展趋势。着重介绍长循环纳米脂质体、热敏长循环脂质体、磁性长循环脂质体、阳离子长循环脂质体,并对长循环脂质体今后发展的可行性进行了探讨。
