<正>近年来,使用阿片类药物治疗中至重度慢性疼痛的患者数量在逐渐增加。某些情况下,这些患者不得不接受手术,例如关节炎患者要接受与慢性疼痛相关的假体置换术,或者患者接受与慢性疼痛无关的心脏手术或者创伤手术等。服用阿片类药物的慢性疼痛患者病理生理机制发生变化,围术期疼痛管理策略不同于未服用阿片类药物的患者,值得引起注意。1概述随着疼痛医学的发展,在过去的十几年内,有慢性
