虚拟社区系统特征与消费者信任的关系——基于社区认同的实证研究

摘要
将虚拟社区系统特征、社区认同和消费者信任纳入统一框架,研究社区认同在电子商务虚拟社区系统特征与消费者信任之间的中介作用。结构方程分析结果显示,系统特征对社区认同和消费者信任具有显著的直接影响,而且,系统特征通过社区认同对消费者信任产生间接影响。
