摘要
<正>脑卒中是导致人类死亡、残疾的主要原因之一。随着社会老龄化,脑卒中发病率也在逐年升高。卒中可导致人体多种功能受损,如运动、感觉和认知等[1]。其中,超过50%患者在脑卒中后长期遗留不同程度的上肢功能障碍,严重患者从此只能以健侧肢体活动或借助其他辅助器具进行代偿。上肢是我们在日常生活中进行各种复杂和精细动作最为重要的功能区,上肢功能障碍直接影响患者的生存质量[2]。因此,促进患肢功能恢复,提高患者独立生活能力是运动康复的主要目标。甚至有学者认为,上肢功能恢复是预示康复治疗成
