8种执行功能测验在上海社区老年人中的应用

摘要：

目的通过一组常用执行功能(EF)测验在上海社区老人中的应用调查,制定划界分,建立可操作的EF障碍为主的疾病的筛选标准。方法正常中老年人来源于上海市社区,年龄≥55岁、≤79岁、教育程度在初中及初中以上、没有严重的脑部和躯体疾病、检查配合良好、简明精神状态量表>24分。符合要求的被试共339名,要求完成一组执行功能测验,包括连线测验A和B、加减交替测验、迷宫测验、Stroop色词测验、语义相似性测验、谚语理解测验、California卡片分类测验中文修订版和视觉推理测验。结果1.EF测验与年龄、教育程度的相关性:主要与年龄相关的测验指标是:连线测验和Stroop色词测验-C耗时数(r=0.312);主要与教育程度相关的测验指标是:加减交替测验(r=-0.251)、迷宫测验(r=-0.329)、语义相似性测验、谚语理解测验和卡片分类测验总正确数;与年龄和教育程度均有较强相关性的测验是:连线测验B错误数、视觉推理测验总分。2.制定了主要测验指标的划界分。结论EF成套量表的编制及其划界分制定将有助于执行功能障碍性疾病的诊断和研究。
