摘要：

血脂异常是致动脉粥样硬化的主要因素,动脉粥样硬化是心血管疾病的重要基本病变,在此基础上的动脉内血栓形成是急性心血管事件的首要原因。他汀类药物调节血脂和减少血栓形成可以减少心血管疾病的发生。
