摘要
全科团队是社区卫生服务网络的核心和灵魂,绩效考核作为绩效管理的重要环节和绩效薪酬分配的主要依据,有利于提高全科团队的工作效率。本文从国内外全科团队的发展以及绩效考核实践现状出发,对全科团队模式下绩效考核方法进行探索,希望为完善全科团队服务功能、提高服务效率和服务质量提供理论依据。
