国内外主要公司专利外部合作的计量与比较——以数字信息传输技术为例

摘要：

比较研究国内外主要公司专利外部合作状况,对我国公司专利申请与技术创新活动具有重要的现实意义。研究表明,国外公司专利的外部合作率普遍高于我国国内的公司。我国国内公司应加强专利合作,注重产业.大学.政府三螺旋创新网络建设。
