摘要
细胞凋亡是细胞的程序性死亡,而在此过程中线粒体途径是主要的内在途径。在此途径中Bcl-2家族起着相当重要的作用。在Bcl-2家族中主要分为促凋亡因子和抗凋亡因子,本文就Bcl-2家族的特点及其在线粒体细胞凋亡途径中的作用作以综述。
