老年高血压患者睡眠质量与抑郁情绪的研究

摘要：

目的了解老年高血压患者睡眠质量及其与抑郁情绪的相关性。方法对73例老年高血压患者进行匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)的测定。结果高血压合并抑郁症组在睡眠质量各项指标除对日间功能影响得分外均高于高血压不合并抑郁症组,其中主观睡眠质量(2.84±0.87 vs 1.82±0.83)、入睡时间(2.52±0.76 vs 1.50±0.67)、睡眠障碍(2.79±1.03 vs 1.90±0.99)、催眠药物应用(2.72±0.62 vs 2.02±1.03)和总分(16.24±5.32 vs 11.89±4.69)比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。PSQI总分与抑郁呈显著正相关(r=0.432,P<0.01)。结论老年高血压患者睡眠质量与抑郁情绪之间具有相关性。
