基于知识转移的产学关系嵌入作用机制研究

摘要：

尝试通过将产学间的关系互动表征为信任和信息共享,并引入显性和隐性知识转移作中介变量,深入剖析关系嵌入影响产学间知识转移进而影响产学合作绩效的作用机制。通过结构方程模型对研究假设的大样本数据检验,发现由于信任成本存在导致信任对显性和隐性知识转移的作用效果有差异,进而主张需要根据产学间知识活动的特征来灵活选择合适的信任水平;同时还主张在以隐性知识转移为主要目标的产学合作中,在成本可控范围内,应将现有企业的信息共享模式从单纯的信息获取升级为信息交互与参与,从而尽可能降低"挤占效应",促进产学共同行动中的隐性知识转移。
