我国专利文献资源亟待挖掘开发

Today,industrial property right is regarded as a very important factor in economic success .It's significant to explore the way the Chinese patent information resources are used in technical innovation .In this paper,some foreign and Chinese software tools for mining patent information resources are introduced .The differences between them are analyzed .The countermeasures of how to explore the Chinese patent information resources in a deep-going way are put forward .
