哮喘患者外周血白三烯C4水平的临床意义

摘要：

目的探讨哮喘患者外周血白三烯C4(LTC4)水平的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法,分别测定56例支气管哮喘发作期,60例缓解期以及60例正常对照组血清中LTC4、总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)水平。结果哮喘发作组和哮喘缓解组LTC4(14.63±2.85ng/ml和13.92±2.46ng/ml)和TIgE(342.32±16.31KU/L和336.65±18.12KU/L)水平显著高于正常对照组(分别是2.42±0.36ng/ml和72.35±8.68KU/L)(P<0.05)。而哮喘患者急性发作组和缓解组之间比较差异没有统计学意义。结论LTC4和TIgE一样是哮喘发生发展的重要炎性因子。
