摘要：

<正>随着人口老龄化,老年肺癌患者的数目不断增加。由于老年人肺功能、肝脏储备功能和肾脏清除能力降低,骨髓造血功能减退以及合并多种老年性疾病等因素,导致老年肿瘤患者治疗耐受性低,治疗过程中出现复杂多样的临床状况。
