创业教育对创业意愿的作用机制研究

摘要：

创业已成为世界范围内的重要研究议题。许多研究表明,创业是可以教授的。然而,先前学者对创业教育有效性的研究结论并不一致,亟待验证。基于计划行为理论,构建创业教育对创业意愿的多重中介效应模型。通过收集8省大学生问卷调查数据,并使用SPSS和AMOS软件进行实证分析。结果表明:创业教育对创业意愿具有积极影响,计划行为理论的3个认知因素(创业态度、主观规范和感知行为控制)在创业教育和创业意愿的关系中起部分中介作用。本研究拓展了计划行为理论在创业研究领域的应用,为创业教育生态系统构建提供理论基础,有利于助推国家创新创业型经济发展。
