酸枣仁中黄酮成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘要
酸枣仁为鼠李科植物酸枣的干燥成熟种子,是临床治疗失眠症、抑郁症、焦虑症的常用中药。研究发现,酸枣仁中黄酮类成分(斯皮诺素及6'''-阿魏酰斯皮诺素)是酸枣仁具有生物活性的主要物质成分之一,具有镇静安神、抗焦虑、抗抑郁、增强记忆力、脑神经保护、抗氧化、提高免疫力等多种药理作用。随着药理学研究方法和技术的更新以及分子生物学的发展,酸枣仁黄酮类成分的广泛药理学作用不断被发现和深入研究,其作用机制及物质基础更加清晰。该文旨在对酸枣仁中主要的黄酮类化学成分以及其药理作用进行系统性总结,挖掘其潜在的药理活性作用,以期为酸枣仁的进一步开发和研究提供参考。
