摘要
本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,对国外学者的组织内领地性研究成果,尤其是有关组织内领地性内涵、结构和测量方面的成果进行了系统评介,阐述了组织内领地性与一些重要相关变量之间的作用关系,最后对未来的组织内领地性研究进行了展望。
