更年期妇女睡眠质量与血清雌二醇及催乳激素的相关性

摘要：

目的:探讨更年期妇女睡眠质量与血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳激素(PRL)的相关性。方法:采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)对吉林大学第二医院妇女保健门诊40～55周岁的更年期妇女进行睡眠质量评价;采用病例对照的方法,应用放射免疫测定法对更年期妇女睡眠质量差组(Ⅰ组)、更年期妇女睡眠质量正常组(Ⅱ组)和生育年龄正常对照组(Ⅲ组)妇女各30例进行血清E2、PRL水平测定。结果:Ⅰ组血清E2水平低于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组妇女,且差异有显著性;血清PRL水平Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组低于Ⅲ组,均存在显著性差异;Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组间血清PRL水平没有显著性差异;更年期组血清PRL水平与E2水平无相关性。结论:更年期妇女睡眠质量差与血清E2水平降低有关,与更年期妇女血清PRL水平无关。
