Alberta评分联合婴幼儿语言评定量表在脑性瘫痪患儿康复训练中的应用

摘要
目的观察Alberta评分联合婴幼儿语言评定量表在脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患儿康复训练中的应用。方法选择2012年6月至2013年6月在苏州大学附属儿童医院神经康复科进行治疗的脑瘫患儿64例, 根据干预方法不同采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组行常规康复训练, 包括运动疗法(主要是Bobath疗法、上田疗法)及应用婴幼儿语言评定量表进行治疗;观察组在此基础上应用Alberta评分进行评估, 根据Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)评估结果设定动作、制订康复计划。每天坚持3 h, 反复强化训练。比较2组患儿治疗后的疗效及2组患儿治疗前后大动作及精细动作发育商(DQ)的变化情况。结果观察组和对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为90.6%和71.9%, 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.317, P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后的大动作(47.92±7.15)及精细动作DQ(42.55±8.13)均较治疗前(36.18±8.23, 33.71±10.16)及对照组治疗后(38.13±8.21, 36.58±8.06)明显升高, 差异均有统计学意义(t=6.235、5.452、6.137、5.243, P均<0.05)。结论在脑瘫患儿康复训练中结合Alberta评分联合婴幼儿语言评定量表, 有利于提高康复治疗效果, 改善患儿的运动功能, 值得推广和应用。
