摘要：

随着全球化竞争的日益加剧,为了获取利润并保持企业的竞争优势,企业的技术创新已经无法像传统的封闭式创新那样完全依赖自身的研究,而应采取通过购买其它企业的研究成果、与其它企业合作、或将自己的研究成果授权给其它企业开发等开放式的创新模式。通过对现有国外文献的查询与阅读,探索了开放式创新概念的由来及内涵,对此概念的延伸及应用进行综述,分析了开放式创新的驱动和模式,并进一步探讨了最新的开放式商务模式创新的观点。最后,提出了开放式创新未来的研究方向。
