概述了帕金森病（ＰＤ）患者线粒体功能障碍的组织、异常的酶复合体及其原因，讨论了线粒体功能障碍在ＰＤ中的发病机制和监测ＰＤ患者周围组织中的线粒体酶复合体活性的临床意义。
