降低谐振频率偏差和电网阻抗影响的单逆变器电流反馈谐振抑制方法

摘要
对于LCL型并网发电系统,引入高通滤波器的单并网电流反馈有源阻尼方法因难以在谐振频率偏移较小的工况下抑制谐振尖峰,不利于系统可靠运行。为此,该文将单电流反馈点变换成逆变器侧电流,提出一种无额外传感器的单逆变器电流反馈谐振抑制(inverter current feedback resonance suppression,ICFRS)方法,降低了控制所导致的谐振频率偏差对谐振抑制的影响。另一方面,考虑到数字控制下控制延时和电网阻抗的影响,推导出该方法所等效的虚拟阻性的正负分界频率范围为[fs/6,fs/3)是系统鲁棒性差的根本原因,提出鲁棒ICFRS方法。该情况下,无论弱电网下电网阻抗如何变化,所等效的虚拟电阻均呈正阻性,进而提高了系统的稳定性。同时,详细分析系统的控制性能,选取合适的控制参数,避免了参数的反复试凑。最后,通过仿真和实验结果验证所提控制方法的有效性。
