摘要：

随着社会经济的快速发展及人们生活方式的改变,2型糖尿病及缺血性脑卒中均已成为严重威胁人类健康的常见病、多发病。2型糖尿病是缺血性脑卒中独立的危险因素,缺血性脑卒中是2型糖尿病患者常见的大血管并发症之一,二者相互作用,相互影响。在2型糖尿病患者中,多重危险因素的共同作用导致缺血性脑卒中的高发,因此对2型糖尿病患者的多重可调控危险因素进行综合干预,可预防脑卒中的发生。
