摘要
【目的】阐明BMP2是否参与了Decorin诱导的血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)钙化。【方法】本研究采用人血管平滑肌细胞钙化体外模型,用腺病毒载体过表达Decorin,检测骨相关蛋白BMP2、Msx2、Osterix的表达和细胞钙化程度。观察抑制或增加BMP2信号对Decorin诱导的血管平滑肌细胞钙化和Msx2、Osterix表达的影响。【结果】Decorin能促进人血管平滑肌细胞钙化,同时上调BMP2、Msx2、Osterix的表达水平。抑制BMP2能减轻Decorin诱导的细胞钙化,而增加BMP2加速Decorin诱导的细胞钙化。【结论】Decorin通过调节BMP2促进人血管平滑肌细胞钙化。
