半夏泻心汤全方及其不同组分对幽门螺杆菌感染小鼠的作用及机制分析

摘要
目的:研究半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染小鼠的疗效及其作用机制。方法:选择C57小鼠作为实验动物,随机分为对照组、模型组、干预A组、干预B组、干预C组,Hp灌胃后建立Hp感染模型,干预A组、干预B组、干预C组分别给予半夏泻心汤全方、清热解毒组分、扶正补益组分干预。干预后检测Hp根除情况、TLRs/NF-κB信号通路及下游炎症介质的表达量。结果:干预A组、干预B组、干预C组的幽门螺旋杆菌根除率均高于模型组,且干预A组的幽门螺旋杆菌根除率高于干预B组和干预C组,干预B组与干预C组间幽门螺旋杆菌的根除率无显著性差异;模型组小鼠胃黏膜中TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的表达量显著高于对照组,干预A组、干预B组、干预C组小鼠胃黏膜中TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的表达量显著低于模型组且干预A组小鼠胃黏膜中TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的表达量显著低于干预B组、干预C组,干预B组与干预C组间胃黏膜中TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的表达量无显著性差异。结论:半夏泻心汤全方及各组分均能根除Hp并抑制TLRs/NF-κB信号通路,且全方的疗效优于各组分。
