女性不孕症患者生育生活质量及影响因素研究

摘要：

目的调查女性不孕症患者的生育生活质量状况,分析其影响因素。方法选取2017年7—12月在北京协和医院妇科内分泌病房住院的201例女性不孕症患者,采用简体中文版生育生活质量量表进行横断面问卷调查,分析其生育生活质量状况及影响因素。结果女性不孕症患者整体生育生活质量评分为（65.27±11.20）分,各领域中治疗耐受性领域得分最低（52.43±17.46）分,婚姻关系领域得分最高（74.83±12.08）分。多因素回归分析显示辅助生殖治疗失败史、文化程度、应对方式、抑郁、状态焦虑对女性不孕症患者生育生活质量的影响有统计学意义（调整R2=0.584,P<0.001）。结论女性不孕症患者的生育生活质量有不同程度受损,其中,文化程度、辅助生殖治疗失败史、应对方式、抑郁、状态焦虑等为生育生活质量的影响因素。
