瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征细胞间粘附因子-1和高敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘要：

目的:观察瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(Acute Coronary Syndrome,ACS)患者细胞间粘附因子-1(Intercellular adhesionmolecule-1,ICAM-1)和高敏C反应蛋白(Hi-sensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法:将96例急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为他汀组和常规对照组,常规对照组仅给予常规治疗,他汀组在常规组基础上每日加服一次瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,疗程4周,测定两组患者治疗前后ICAM-1和hs-CRP水平的变化。结果:4周后,他汀组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low densitylipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、hs-CRP、ICAM-1均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),且较常规组治疗后低(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀治疗ACS患者,在有效调脂的同时可显著降低ICAM-1和hs-CRP的水平,抑制炎症反应,有利于动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定。
