西部地区财政支出与经济增长——基于省级面板数据的单位根、协整和格兰杰因果检验的实证分析

摘要：

本文利用1996—2007年西部地区省级面板数据对财政支出与经济增长进行了实证性的检验,结果表明,政府财政支出和居民消费对西部地区经济增长都有正向的促进作用,但财政支出对居民消费具有"挤出效应"。长期内,"瓦格纳法则"在西部地区是成立的,随着西部地区的经济增长,政府财政支出的规模也在扩大。
