摘要：

半乳凝素-9(Galectin-9)是Galectin家族一员,广泛分布于细胞内外,Galectin-9能够调节免疫和炎症反应并且引导肿瘤逃离免疫监视,同时在肿瘤的致瘤性转化,肿瘤细胞的存活,新生血管形成和肿瘤转移方面发挥重要作用。
