摘要：

梗死相关动脉开通后,微血管功能障碍常常是影响急性心肌梗死患者生存率的重要因素。冠脉微血管功能障碍被认为是由于微血管阻塞/抵抗和/或再灌注损伤及炎症反应导致。对于微血管功能障碍的深入认识,有助于提高急性心肌梗死患者的组织灌注水平,提高患者生存率。
