摘要：

从价值角度认识,生鲜农产品具有生长增值性和变质性,而生长增值性对于提升农超对接绩效具有正向作用。假设超市允许缺货为农产品生长增值赢得时间,以缺货产品生长增值获得的额外利润修正丢单成本,建立了需求依赖于产品成熟度的超市成本模型,据此研究了超市在生鲜农产品生长增值期内的多次库存补货策略。研究得出,缺货部分回补比缺货不补的总成本总体上略高。为此,超市在生鲜农产品生长增值期内订货缺货不补更优。
