摘要：

胰岛素抵抗(IR)是近年来研究的热点,越来越多的证据表明IR具有显著的性别差异,且女性发生IR的危险性似乎较男性更高。IR的性别差异与脂肪分布、性激素、性别相关的基因表达、血浆游离脂肪酸以及对治疗的反应等多方面因素相关,其发生机制尚不明确,可能主要由性别相关的基因表达及相应代谢调控所决定。
