摘要：

2010年10月21日,美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)/美国卒中协会(American Stroke Association,ASA)在Stroke杂志上在线刊登了2011年版缺血性卒中及短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack,TIA)二级预防指南(ASA2011二级预防指南)。中华预防医学会卒中预防与控制专业委员会为此组织国内部分脑血管病专家对该指南各部分进行了详细解读,并组织专门讨论会对各位专家的解读文章进行集体审阅和讨论。本刊在《Stroke》杂志2011年1月正式发布该指南同时,刊登这几篇国内专家对ASA2011二级预防指南的解读,以期为临床医生更加规范地开展缺血性卒中及TIA的二级预防提供帮助。徐安定
