摘要：

以大豆异黄酮为代表的植物雌激素是一种广泛存在于植物中、与雌激素结构相似的生物活性物质。特别是大豆异黄酮在预防和治疗肿瘤、心血管疾病、骨质疏松、老年性痴呆和更年期疾病等方面的研究受到广泛重视,而其与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系更是成为研究的焦点。本文就大豆异黄酮的分类、代谢和抗乳腺癌作用机制以及与乳腺癌的流行病学、动物实验、人群干预等方面的研究进展情况作一综述。
