<正>0引言从1991年实施首例腹腔镜结肠手术后,腹腔镜结直肠手术在全世界范围内引起了广泛的关注。随机对照研究已证实腹腔镜手术和开腹手术在结肠癌中的远期疗效相当,近期疗效明显优于开腹手术[1],使结直肠癌患者大受裨益。但是腹腔镜直肠癌手术在狭窄的骨盆中进行分离、横断和吻合等操作,技术
