摘要：

介绍了国内外护理人员痴呆知识水平、对老年痴呆的态度、相关行为与实践及护理人员老年痴呆培训现状,指出应结合我国护理现状,积极探索我国护理人员的痴呆相关培训内容和方式,提高护理人员的临床实践能力,真正做到痴呆的有效预防,提高痴呆病人的生活质量。
