<正>骨关节炎是一种最常见的关节病变,该病不仅发生关节软骨损害,还累及整个关节,包括软骨下骨、韧带、关节囊、滑膜和关节周围肌肉,最终发生关节软骨退变、纤维化、断裂、溃疡及整个关节面的损害。骨关节炎发病以中老年居多,目前我国60岁以上
