近年来,研发投入与企业市场价值问题的研究引起了国外学者的广泛关注。采用一般实证研究的逻辑,对国外研发投入与市场价值的研究内容、研究理论基础和方法体系以及实证模型和研究结论进行综述,并对未来研究思路进行展望。
