炎症和炎性微环境在肺癌发生、发展及转移中的作用

摘要
炎症与相当一部分肿瘤密切相关,近年来炎症在肿瘤发生、发展及转移中的作用越来越受到重视,但对于肺癌中的炎症研究仍相对较少。炎症可以直接或者间接地通过促进血管生成、细胞增殖、转移,从而促进肺癌的进展。其主要通过炎性因子、炎性信号通路及上皮间质转化而发挥作用。现就近年来炎症及炎性微环境在肺癌发生、发展中的作用予以综述。
