<正>为提高我国HbA1c测定质量,适应HbA1c临床应用发展的需要,更科学、合理、有效地运用糖化血红蛋白,充分发挥其作用,卫生部临床检验中心、国家食品药品监督管理总局医疗器械检验所和糖尿病学专家根据我国HbA1c检测现状,结合国内外相关研究进展,共同制定糖化血红蛋白实验室检测指南(下称"指南")。指南在制定过程中,通过多种方式广泛征求临床糖尿病学专家,检验医学工作者及各级、各类医疗机构相关医务工作者意见,并以此作
