临床药代动力学中群体及个体参数的估算

摘要
<正> 血药浓度安全范围较小、个体差异较大的药物,若血药浓度与疗效毒性间存在密切关系,临床即须进行血浓监测,以便给药方案个体化。设计个体化的给药方案要根据药代动力学(Pharmacokinetics,PK)的个体参数;在研究初期,个体参数尚未测定,治疗只能参考群体参数。病患康复,证明个体参数反映了客观规律;此时个体参数便可汇入群体、充实群体参数。群体特性决定于个体特性,而个体特性又受群体规律的制
