局部振动对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢痉挛和功能障碍的影响

摘要
目的观察局部振动疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢痉挛和功能障碍的影响。方法选取脑卒中后偏瘫上肢功能障碍患者40例, 按随机数字表法分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。2组均给予常规康复训练, 治疗组在此基础上增加局部振动治疗。2组患者均于治疗前和治疗8周后(治疗后)采用改良ashworth评定、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及改良Barthel指数(MBI)分别疗效评定。结果治疗后, 2组患者的Ashworth痉挛量表分级和FMA、MBI评分与组内治疗前比较, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05), 且治疗组治疗后上述三项指标分别为(1.32±0.80)级、(28.78±9.33)分和(70.46±12.46)分, 分别与对照组治疗后比较, 差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部振动疗法结合康复训练可减轻脑卒中后偏瘫患者的上肢痉挛程度, 并改善其偏瘫侧上肢的运动功能。
