音乐干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并抑郁大鼠抑郁情绪的影响

摘要
目的观察音乐干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并抑郁大鼠抑郁情绪的影响, 并探讨其可能作用机制。方法采用随机数字表法将48只雄性SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组及音乐组, 每组16只。模型组大鼠采用烟熏结合脂多糖(LPS)气管内滴入诱导COPD模型, 同时采用孤养并结合慢性轻度不可预见性应激(CUMS)复制抑郁症模型;音乐治疗组大鼠采用与模型组相同的方法造模, 但在造模过程中全程给予音乐干预。各组造模时长28 d。造模后观察大鼠呼吸、毛发状况、运动量及体质量等情况, 采用糖水实验和强迫游泳实验对大鼠进行行为学检查, 采用ELISA法检测大鼠海马脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达。结果模型组大鼠造模后活动减少, 呼吸频率升高, 口鼻分泌物明显增多, 伴咳嗽, 体质量、糖水偏好率明显降低, 游泳不动时间明显增加, 海马BDNF含量显著降低, 与正常组及音乐组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。音乐组大鼠一般情况好于模型组, 体质量、糖水偏好率均超过模型组(P<0.05), 游泳不动时间短于模型组(P<0.05), 海马BDNF含量高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论音乐干预可有效改善COPD合并抑郁大鼠一般情况及抑郁情绪, 并能在一定程度上抑制海马BDNF减少。
