钙影响绿豆种子干旱锻炼过程

摘要
用室内培养方法研究了CaCl2、EGTA和LaCl3对绿豆种子干旱锻炼过程的影响。用水势为-1. OMPa的PEG-6000溶液处理绿豆种子然后干燥,可以促进种子吸水,进而促进种子萌发。CaCl2、EGTA和LaCl3在不同程度上影响了PEG溶液对绿豆种子的作用。同时加入1mM CaCl2和1mM EGTA基本不影响PEG溶液对种子萌发的作用。种子干旱锻炼可以改善绿豆种子对渗透胁迫的抗性,加钙和缺钙都将增加绿豆种子对渗透胁迫的敏感性。根据实验推测,钙具有调节绿豆种子干旱锻炼过程的功能。
