晚期住院癌症患者创伤后成长状况及相关因素

摘要：

目的:探讨晚期住院癌症患者的创伤后成长状况及相关因素。方法:在晚期癌症患者住院期间,对299名患者采用创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、简明应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、创伤后应激障碍检查量表平民版(PCL-C)及自编一般情况调查表进行调查。结果:Pearson相关分析显示患者社会支持、积极应对方式、消极应对方式与创伤后成长显著相关(均P<0.05)。多变量回归方程显示,在控制其它相关变量效应的情况下,仅社会支持和积极应对方式能显著正向预测患者的创伤后成长(均P<0.05)。结论:社会支持和应对方式会影响晚期住院癌症患者的创伤后成长。
