摘要：

本文报告2例原发性干燥综合征神经系统合并症。临床实验室检查所见均符合干燥综合征的诊断标准,同时具有大脑、小脑、脊髓和周围神经受累的症状,应用皮质类固醇、硫唑嘌呤及对应治疗后病情好转。文中结合文献对干燥综合征神经系统合并症的临床表现、实验室检查所见、诊断、病因和治疗作了初步探讨。
