七氟烷吸入麻醉对老年胃癌根治术患者循环和苏醒质量的影响

摘要：

目的探讨低浓度七氟烷吸入麻醉对老年胃癌根治术患者循环变化和苏醒质量的影响。方法 70例患者随机分为两组,每组35例。A组麻醉维持采用持续吸入七氟烷0.75-1.00MAC,B组采用静脉泵注丙泊酚5mg·kg-1·h-1。记录围麻醉期收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和HR变化,比较两组患者术后睁眼时间、拔管时间和定向力恢复时间。结果两组术中SBP、DBP和HR均低于麻醉前(P<0.05),组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后睁眼时间相仿(P>0.05);但A组术后拔管时间和定向力恢复时间均早于B组[(12.91±1.71)min vs.(15.51±2.01)min和(16.46±2.17)min vs.(19.95±2.58)min](P<0.05)。结论与静脉泵注丙泊酚5mg·kg-1·h-1比较,吸入七氟烷0.75-1.00MAC维持麻醉对老年胃癌根治术患者循环影响相仿,但术后苏醒质量较高。
