三级甲等医院麻醉科亚专业设置情况现状调查

摘要：

目的调查我国三级甲等医院麻醉科亚专业设置情况。方法通过问卷的形式, 调查了包括61家综合医院、4家专科医院在内的全国共65家三级甲等医院的麻醉科亚专业设置情况。结果 81%的医院有独立的重症医学科。78%的医院开设有疼痛诊疗科, 其中35%为独立临床科室。麻醉科进行了亚专业划分的医院占85%。有8个主要的亚专业分布于超过50%医院的麻醉科中。42%医院的麻醉科有固定的亚专业麻醉科医师。结论本次调查中的大部分三级甲等医院的麻醉科已经建立了亚专业, 但亚专业的设置和亚专科医师的确认方法各医院有较大差别, 有待于建立全国统一的标准。
